Willson International is looking to hire a Jr. Accounting Clerk for our Mississauga Location.

The candidate will become a part of the finance team, specific responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of bank deposits
• Accounts payable, including invoice entry and payment processing
• Posting of cash receipts
• Switchboard back-up
• All other duties as assigned

 The Jr. Accounting Clerk must possess:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within an accounting environment.
• College or University education in Accounting is an asset
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products – Excel Intermediate is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Email and Outlook experience is a requirement.
• Basis knowledge of banking, accounting practices
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
