As reported last week in Willson’s eNews, the Federal Communications Commission has been evaluating the need for the FCC740 form. This week, the agency has decided to extend the comment period on the proposed rules that govern the evaluation and approval of radiofrequency devices. The new deadline for comments is October 9th, 2015.
