On the heels of the scheduled system maintenance last Saturday (4/8), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has been experiencing intermittent outages over the last few days. Â On Tuesday (4/11), CSMS message 17-000205 advised that there were delays in processing entries and sending response messaging. Â On Thursday (4/13), CSMS message 17-000213 was issued stating the same issue.
