The US Department of Commerce has released the preliminary results of their administrative review of cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from South Korea. Â This review (C-580-837) will assess countervailing duty at rate determined by the final review. Â Countervailing duty is assessed on items where an investigation concludes the production of the commodity was subsidized by a foreign government.
