US Commerce Department will consider Revocation of ADD on Garlic & Steel Nails

The US Department of Commerce will consider revoking the existing anti-dumping orders on two cases beginning next month.  The first case up for ‘sunset’ review is fresh garlic from China (A-570-831).  Also, of note, is the anti-dumping case on steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (A-520-804).

These orders will be revoked unless the Department of Commerce finds that revocation would lead to the reoccurrence of dumping that would damage the US production industry.
