USITC Determines Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate from China will have ADD

This week, The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that US Industry has been “materially injured” by imports of carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from China.

Additionally, the Commission has determined that this industry has been subsidized by the foreign government. As a result, both anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders will be issued.
