Shift - Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm

Here are some of the activities you'll be expected to perform:

You will ensure that international imports (air, ocean, truck) are cleared promptly and efficiently through Canada Customs through the coordination of import and export shipping activities necessary to release freight. You will ensure that entries are released, classified and billed accurately, and liaise between drivers and clients.


These are the standards we look for:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum five (5) years releasing goods in a customs brokerage environment; preferably ocean experience.
  • CCS Designation is an asset
  • Customer Service experience in an office environment is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Internet and database skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required
  • Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail is required
  • A winning team demeanor is paramount in the success of this candidate

Air & Ocean Pricing Analyst - Mississauga, ON

Air & Ocean Pricing Analyst – Mississauga, ON

This position assists and backups the sales and operations groups with rate requests and rate agreements.

  • Processes service agreements and carrier contracts/rate requests and enter into the company’s computer system in an accurate and expeditious manner
  • Prepare reports to determine Transportation Cost Analysis based on International and Domestic carrier rates and operating cost, etc.
  • Prepare quotes for different logistics service quotes for Customs Brokerage, Forwarding, Warehousing, Domestic and Cross-Border transportation.
  • Provide statistics to identify the volumes and type of freight customers have shipped to/from the various origins/destinations.
  • Assist sales team with service bids for specific customers in order to secure cargo.
  • Interacts with agents and carriers.
  • Keeps abreast of Carrier Vessel/Route changes and reports same to specific internal distribution.
  • Performs general office functions such as sending faxes/emails, making copies and delivering messages
  • All other duties assigned

  • University degree or college diploma in Business or a Logistics related subject
  • Minimum three (3) transportation experience specifically with pricing and quoting freight shipments.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
