FDA Seeks comment on PMN Exemption for Class II Medical Devices

The FDA has asked for comment on a proposed list of items for exemption from Pre-market Notification (PMN) reporting for imports into the United States.  Comments on this proposal are due by May 15^th.   If you ship products into the United States that are Class II Medical devices, please review the list of goods published in the Federal Register.
