Please be advised that the CFIA is implementing an interim measure that will allow food industry to use food additives not currently permitted in the Processed Products Regulations, but allowed in Health Canada’s Lists of Permitted Food Additives, without requiring a Test Market Authorization (TMA).
This interim measure will be in place until the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations come into force.
