Tuesday – Saturday 12PM to 8PM
As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Truck Freight imports are cleared for entry into US.
Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database
Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone
Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
