ADD/CVD Possible on Steel Pipe

A petition has been filed alleging that seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe manufactured in the Czech Republic, Korea, Russia, and Ukraine are being sold at less than fair value in the U.S. market.  Additionally that the aforementioned nations are subsidizing the industries. In the compliant, the average dumping margins are 48.18 to 49.42 percent for the Czech Republic, 119.07 to 132.16 percent for Korea, 30.31 to 246.31 percent for Russia, and 40.36 percent for Ukraine.  The Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission will now determine is U.S. industry has been injured.
