Certain Sucker Rods -Â Notice of Initiation of Investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation on September 30, 2019, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain sucker rods from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has also initiated a preliminary injury inquiry to determine if certain sucker rods originating in and/or exported from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico, has caused or is threatening to cause injury.
