In a CSMS message issued by US Customs, US Customs has advised brokers and importers that the waiver of FCC form 740 will be extended until September 30th, 2017. Â This waver has now been extended numerous times as the Federal Communications Commission completes rule-making on this issue. Â Please note that goods still need to be FCC compliant, only the form is not needed for importation into the United States.
