US Customs has released CSMS message CSMS 17-000432 notifying stakeholders of the FDA scheduled maintenance Friday August 4th, from 10:00 pm to Saturday August 5th at 8:00 am Eastern Time.  During this period multiple FDA systems will be down. This includes, but is not limited to, FDA’s interface with ACE, ITACS, OASIS, and Entry Review.
FDA will not receive new data from CBP, or process any outbound messaging. Â New entries sent by CBP during this period will not be processed by FDA, and no response messages will be sent until after the maintenance period has completed.
