The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative granted extensions on a small number of exclusions from the China 301 duties.  Only 62 or 306 exclusions were extended from List 1 and only 17 of 86 exclusions were extended from List 2. The remainder of the China 301 exclusions set to expire on September 20th will sunset. All of the extended exclusions are now set to expire on December 31st.
