On September 19th, the suspension agreement that will temporarily end the assessment of anti-dumping duties on Mexican grown tomatoes. At this point, one of three actions will occur:
- If no review is requested within 20 days, Commerce will end suspension of liquidation and refund cash deposits.
- If a review is requested and the ITC finds the agreement eliminates injury, Commerce will end suspension of liquidation and refund cash deposits at the conclusion of the review.
- If the ITC finds that the agreement doesn’t eliminate injury, then the investigation will resume.
