The most notable change will be to crystalline silicon photovoltaic (CSPV) cells as a result of the safe guard tariffs that went into effect earlier this month. Tariff numbers 8501.31.80, 8501.32.60 and 8501.61.00 will have a second unit of measure required, “W†for total wattage. Also, Current statistical annotations 8507.20.8030, 8507.20.8040, 8507.20.8060 and 8507.20.8090 will be renumbered as 8507.20.8031, 8507.20.8041, 8507.20.8061 and 8507.20.8091, respectively. Be sure that this information is included on the invoice if your company ships items under these numbers.
