Notice of extension of a re-investigation: Carbon Steel Fasteners

The Canada Border Services Agency has extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain carbon steel fasteners (fasteners) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), and the amounts of subsidy of certain fasteners originating in or exported from China.

The re-investigation has been extended by seven days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. The re-investigation will now conclude by May 30, 2024.

Notice of conclusion of normal value review: Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe 2 – Dong Yang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd (Dong Yang Steel)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) exported from the Republic of Korea to Canada by Dong Yang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd (Dong Yang Steel).

The product definition and the applicable tariff classification numbers of the goods subject to the CITT’s finding can be found on the CBSA’s Measures in force in addition to the investigation proceedings.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) exported from the Republic of Korea to Canada by Husteel Co., Ltd (Husteel).
