Commercial shipments of rice, soybeans, safflower seeds, and chickpeas originating from Khapra beetle infested countries must be inspected by CBP Agriculture Specialists upon entry, and must be accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate or Phytosanitary Certificate of Re-export with an additional declaration.
