The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has updated the Measures in Force currently subject to anti-dumping (ADD) or countervailing CVD) measures, or price undertakings.
Importers are reminded that HS classification is only an indicator that goods may be subject to ADD/CVD duties. The specific product definition is the determining factor in whether goods are subject or not. Colour, coating, or finish could be factors.
