Current Notices in the CARM Client Portal (CCP)

Please be aware that the CARM Client Helpdesk is currently experiencing a high volume of calls resulting in longer than normal wait times. Before calling the helpdesk, check out the User Guides page to see if the information you are looking for is available online, and consider using the client support contact form.

Non-resident businesses that want to register on the CARM Client Portal (CCP) require a Business Number (BN9). You must obtain a BN9 through the Canada Revenue Agency prior to registering on the CCP. Failure to do so will result in an error in the registration process.

Please be advised that the CARM Client Portal will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from Saturday June 21, 2025, 11:00 PM to Sunday June 22, 2025, 1:00 PM (EST). Access to the portal will not be possible during this time.
