On February 15, 2024,the Canada Border Services Agency determined that the expiry of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal:
• is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China; and
• is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of subsidizing of certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China
