Tomato Importers Beginning to Receive Refunds

Despite the International Trade Commission finding that imports of dumped tomatoes threaten U.S. industry with injury, the agreement suspending antidumping duties will remain in effect.  However, the Commerce Department may withdraw from a suspension agreement at any time.

While that process continues, we have seen the first refund checks arrive from the U.S. Department of Treasury.  As these checks are received, we are documenting the receipt before they are sent for distribution.  If you have any questions, please contact the U.S. Regulatory Team at 716.260.1580 option 4 or email transitionus@willsonintl.044d949.netsolhost.com
