United States to End the Mexico Tomato Suspension Agreement

On April 14, 2025, the US Department of Commerce announced the termination of the Tomato Suspension Agreement with Mexican tomato exporters. This agreement was originally put in place to suspend the antidumping investigation on fresh tomatoes form Mexico. The agreement will end on July 14, 2025.
