On November 14, 2025, the White House issued an Executive Order that removes reciprocal tariffs on a number of agricultural products, specifically those that the U.S. doesn’t produce in sufficient quantities.
This change took effect on November 13, 2025, and applies to items like coffee, tea, tropical fruits and juices, cocoa, spices, bananas, oranges, tomatoes, beef, and certain fertilizers.
In some cases where duties were already collected, refunds will be processed through U.S. Customs.
