In a message published in the Federal Register this week, the Agricultural Marketing Service reported a decrease in the fee added to imported cotton. In 2014, the fee was $0.012728 per kilogram. For this year, the rate will be $0.012013 per kilogram. This price reflects the price paid by US farmers in 2014.
