At the Miami Seaport, CBP officers seized over 2,300 designer handbags that were deemed to be counterfeit. CBP officers elected to examine a shipment of clothing and discovered 20 undeclared cartons. This prompted the Intellectual Property Rights investigators to be called in for a review.
