Certain Whole Potatoes, Expiry Review No. RR-2014-004

Pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby continues its order in respect of the aforementioned goods, excluding whole potatoes certified as organic by a recognized certification agency.

Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate and High-Strength Low-Alloy Steel Plate, Inquiry No. NQ-2015-001

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is expected to issue its findings on January 06 2016.  On September 8, 2015, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported from the Republic of India and the Russian Federation.  Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after September 8, 2015.
