  1. You apply, and we review your application. If you’re selected, we’ll be in contact via email to arrange a virtual interview (don’t forget to check your junk mail).
  2. A member of our recruitment team will conduct a virtual interview (via phone or video call) with you.
  3. Successful candidates will have a virtual online interview with our hiring manager.
  4. The hiring manager will inform us of their decision. We always inform candidates of the outcome of the interview, since we appreciate and value your time. 
  5. The final steps are our Background check, which includes a Criminal Record Check, and supervisory reference checks. Once we get your positive results, it’s our favourite part – presenting our Offer of Employment.
