Location

Remote – Ontario  

Shift

Part Time – Monday 6pm – 2am and Saturday 10am – 6pm 

Key Qualifications
  • High school Diploma is required 
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative customer service role  
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products – in particular Word, Excel, database skills, Internet searching skills.
  • Strong communication skills  – verbal and written is required
Description of Role

The Operations Support Clerk is our first point of contact with our customers and their carriers. They provide critical shipment status information to our customers, carriers and our operations rating team.

 

  • Tracking and tracing shipments across multiple online platforms
  • Manage incoming documents through ECM and e-mail
  • Dispatching shipment to preferred parties
  • Communicate through email with customers, carriers on shipment status
  • Answering and forwarding phone and email communications to the correct individuals, sorting and distributing emails
  • All other duties as assigned
