On March 2, 2026, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated an expiry concerning the dumping of wheat gluten originating in or exported from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania (the subject goods).
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated an expiry review investigation to determine whether the expiry of the finding is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the subject goods.
The CBSA will make a determination no later than July 30, 2026, and will issue a Statement of Reasons by August 14, 2026.
