The Canada Border Services Agency has issued a preliminary determination related to the dumping and subsidizing respecting thermoformed molded fibre tableware originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from the CBSA on or after February 27, 2026.
For importations of subject goods for which the exporter has not been issued specific rates, the provisional duties are equal to 53.7%, as a percentage of export price.
