For shipments detained or excluded for forced labor enforcement, there is a centralized location for importers to submit review requests on the Forced Labor Portal. This is a mandatory requirement effective January 21, 2026 for Withhold Release Order Admissibility review, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act applicability review and requests for exception, as well as requesting Countering Americas Adversaries Through Sanctions Act exception review.
