Removal of Additional Tariff Imposed on India

To implement the Presidential Executive Order “Modifying Duties to Address Threats to the United States by the Government of the Russian Federation”, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an updated CSMS with guidance on India goods no longer subject to the additional duty rate of 25%, effective February 7^th, 2026. The reciprocal Tariffs imposed in EO 14257, remain in effect.
