An ACE Portal account with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provides importers with increased visibility into their U.S. import activity. Through the portal, account holders can easily monitor entry data, view liquidation status, track refunds, and ensure CBP has accurate contact information on file.
As of February 6, 2026, CBP will begin issuing all refunds electronically (with limited exceptions) — now is an ideal time to ensure your organization has an active ACE account.
