U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced updates to the ACE Portal Importer Account related to ACH refund management. The current ACH Refund Authorization tab has been renamed Financial Transactions and will continue to allow users to manage their ACH refund information within the ACE Portal.
Additionally, effective October 29, the Get Info/Refresh button has been removed. ACE will now automatically retrieve and display the most current ACH refund information available in the system.
Importers should ensure their ACH refund information remains accurate within the ACE Portal and familiarize themselves with the new Financial Transactions tab as part of CBP’s ongoing modernization efforts.
