ACH Refunds: Frequently Asked Questions

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provides resources on its website regarding IEEPA duty refunds, including updates and a comprehensive set of frequently asked questions (FAQs). As all refunds are issued electronically via Automated Clearing House (ACH), CBP has made available dedicated guidance covering both the ACE Portal and ACH refund processes.
