On Wednesday, the Final Determination of anti-dumping duties (ADD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on softwood lumber from Canada were published in the Federal Register. This officially established new rates for the ADD case. Additionally, it states that the CVD will not be collected until the “final injury determination†is made. That determination is expected around December 18th. If you are impacted by the ADD/CVD on softwood lumber, please read the official notices.
