Certain Seamless Casing and Oil Country Tubular Goods
The Canada Board Services Agency (CBSA) received an Application for a scope ruling from Western Alliance Tubulars Ltd. (Western Alliance) as to whether insulated tubing (IT) and vacuum insulated tubing (VIT) are subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties related to certain seamless casing and oil country tubular goods (OCTG) originating in or exported from China.Footnote1
On the basis of the information available on the record the CBSA made a scope ruling that the goods that are the subject of the Application, namely IT/VIT, are not subject to the CITT’s orders in respect of certain seamless casing and OCTG from China.
