Copper Pipe Fittings – Notice of Final Decisions
On April 25, 2018, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made final determinations of dumping and subsidizing in respect of certain copper pipe fittings from Vietnam.
Provisional duties will continue to be applied on imports of dumped and subsidized subject goods from Vietnam until the CITT concludes its inquiry and issues its finding.
For importations of subject goods for which the exporter has not been issued a specific rate, the rate of provisional anti-dumping duty are equal to 159.00%.
For importations of subject goods for which the exporter has not been issued a specific rate, the rates of provisional countervailing duty are equal to 42.40%.
