Wheat Gluten – Statement of Reasons (Initiation of Investigation)

Decorative and other Non‑Structural Plywood – Notice of extension of investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency has today extended the preliminary phase of the investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain decorative and other non-structural plywood from China.  Due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the investigations, the period has been extended to 135 days.  Consequently, the decision to issue preliminary determinations or to terminate the investigations with respect to some or all of the goods will be made on or before October 23, 2020.

Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet 2 

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has revised the schedule in relation to the investigations into the dumping and subsidizing of certain corrosion‑resistant steel sheet originating in or exported from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
