Wheat Gluten – Statement of Reasons (Initiation of Investigation)
On August 14, 2020, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation respecting the dumping of wheat gluten from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania. Decorative and other Non‑Structural Plywood – Notice of extension of investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency has today extended the preliminary phase of the investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain decorative and other non-structural plywood from China. Due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the investigations, the period has been extended to 135 days. Consequently, the decision to issue preliminary determinations or to terminate the investigations with respect to some or all of the goods will be made on or before October 23, 2020.
