The Canadian International Trade Tribunal determines that the evidence does not disclose a reasonable indication that the dumping of the subject goods has caused injury or retardation or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry and hereby terminates the preliminary injury inquiry with respect to the subject goods.

Certain Nitisinone Capsules, Statement of Reasons

The Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on September 21, 2018 respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain nitisinone capsules from Sweden.

Dry Wheat Pasta, Inquiry No. NQ-2017-005

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal conducted an inquiry to determine whether the dumping and subsidizing of all dry wheat-based pasta, not stuffed or otherwise prepared, and not containing more than two percent eggs, whether or not enriched, fortified, organic, whole wheat or containing milk or other ingredients, originating in or exported from the Republic of Turkey, excluding refrigerated, frozen or canned pasta, have caused injury or are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby finds that the dumping and subsidizing of the above-mentioned goods have caused injury to the domestic industry.
