Certain Copper Pipe Fittings -Â Notice of Re-investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain copper pipe fittings from the United States, South Korea and China and the amounts of subsidy of certain copper pipe fittings from China.
The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the CITT’s findings of material injury.  It is anticipated that this re-investigation will be concluded by May 31, 2019.
Carbon Steel Welded Pipe -Â Statement of Reasons
The CBSA terminated the dumping investigation with respect to CSWP exported to Canada from Turkey by Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S.
In respect of the goods for which the dumping investigation has not been terminated, the CBSA made a final determination of dumping respecting CSWP from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey and Vietnam.
