Certain Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin – Initiation of Investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency initiated investigations on August 18, 2017 respecting the alleged injurious dumping and the alleged injurious subsidizing of certain polyethylene terephthalate resin originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of India, the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
