Blanket TSCA Certification No Longer Accepted by US Customs

Effective March 21st, importers are no longer be able to submit blanket TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act) certifications.  If your company has goods that are regulated by TSCA, please contact transitionus@willsonintl.044d949.netsolhost.com for an updated version of the TSCA form.  Failure to provide TSCA Certificates with your entry documents may result in shipment processing delays.

CBP has confirmed that the importer’s contact information will need to be transmitted with the customs entry in the event either CBP or EPA needs to contact the importer.  Additionally, the submission of this information will be possible through the ACE system.

The TSCA form is reviewed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and used to regulate importations of chemicals into the Customs territory of the United States.
