U.S. Customs and Border Protection has advised that they will not be processing refunds during the government shutdown. Entries will still be liquidated, but the National Finance Center will not be sending checks for any type of refund. If you have an outstanding refund, please be aware that, though the claim may be approved, the money will not be received until the government shutdown has been resolved.
