Notice: COVID-19 update (April 22, 2020): Temporary closures
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the closure of all FAST/NEXUS Enrolment Centres is extended until at least June 1, 2020. This temporary closure includes all public access to NEXUS and FAST enrolment locations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience through this process.
To reschedule your appointment, please log into your Trusted Traveller Program (TTP) System online account. NEXUS/FAST members who submitted an application for membership renewal prior to the expiry date on the card will maintain their membership and remain in active status for 18 months beyond the expiry date, and will be allowed to access NEXUS/FAST designated lanes.
