Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG I & II) and Certain Seamless Casing Schedule revision in relation to re‑investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has revised the schedule in relation to the re‑investigations to update the normal values and export prices of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China as well as certain OCTG originating in or exported from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.

Revisions to the schedule were made by the CBSA in order to alleviate pressures brought on by the COVID‑19 pandemic to interested parties.  Accordingly, the re‑investigations will conclude by May 25, 2020.

A revised re‑investigation schedule is available on the CBSA website.
