China 301 Lawsuit Filed: Refunds Possible – Deadline this Friday

A lawsuit was recently filed in the Court of International Trade (CIT) alleging that the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) did not have the authority to levy duty on the importation of goods listed on List 3 and List 4a of products from China. This lawsuit could result in the refund of duties paid on those goods.

In order to be part of this lawsuit, importers must enlist a trade attorney licensed to operate in the CIT by FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 18th, 2020.
