Commerce Publishes Fact Sheet for ADD/CVD on Forged Steel Fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan

The United States Department of Commerce announced their affirmative preliminary determination in the anti-dumping duty (AD) investigation of imports of forged steel fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan.  Dumping occurs when a foreign company sells an imported product in the United States at less than fair value.  This determination will establish additional duties on forged steel fittings made in the aforementioned countries.  If your company imports these fittings, please review the fact sheet.  If you have questions on your products, please contact the U.S. Transition Team via email at transitionus@willsonintl.044d949.netsolhost.com
